Quick Starts and Tutorials
As a service to my customers and to reduce improve their understanding of IT I have included a page containing quick start guides /troubleshooters. I have also included a page containing links to on-line tutorials.
The quick start guides have been produced to provide customers with a background into some IT areas. They will also outline the work and decisions required before requesting bespoke web design or software.
The troubleshooters are provided to help customers solve there own IT issues. This will help to improve the speed and quality of the services provided.
Terms and Conditions
I am in the process of producing a set of Terms and Conditions for all areas of my computer consultancy work. These terms include a description of the quoting process and the time period the quotations are valid for.
